3. Final Sale & Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Downloads
By completing your purchase, you agree to the immediate delivery of digital content. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is considered final. No returns, cancellations, or refunds are permitted after delivery.
This policy is in place due to the non-reversible nature of digital content delivery.
4. Pre-Purchase Responsibility
We make every effort to provide clear product descriptions, preview images, and relevant specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information prior to purchase. 5. Technical Issues & Incorrect Files
If you encounter a problem accessing your product, receive an incorrect file, or experience a technical failure that prevents delivery, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and may provide a corrected file or issue a refund, at our sole discretion.
6. No Right to Updates
Purchasing a digital guide entitles you to that specific edition only. Subsequent updates or newer editions are not included and must be purchased separately unless otherwise stated.
